Lermond Engineering Limited was engaged to undertake Area 1 of the bored pile works for the Grand Lisboa Palace development at Cotai, Macau. As one of Macau's landmark integrated resort developments, the project formed part of a large-scale hospitality and tourism destination featuring luxury hotels, entertainment facilities, retail, and leisure amenities.
The works involved the construction of bored pile foundations to support the proposed hotel development and associated structures within the integrated resort complex. Given the scale and complexity of the development, careful planning, construction management, and quality control measures were required to ensure compliance with project specifications and programme requirements.
